We offer refunds only in cases where services were not delivered as agreed. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.
Custom development, consultation services, and any digital assets once delivered are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a contract.
All refund requests should be sent via email to connect@aigemini.in with proof of payment and a reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
